This restaurant is named after a living oak tree that has resided in Southern California for over 1,000 years! Several of the ingredients are grown on their own organic farm, including lamb, heirloom vegetables, and their chicken eggs. The other produce comes from small, local, family-owned farms. Established in 1884, this property was one of the stops along the Bradshaw Trail. Located in Cherry valley, CA, the Highland Springs Resort has been a Southern California destination for over a century! The Grand Oak is part of the 2400 acres of scenic land. Throughout the month of March, Gran Oak will be offering €œhearty soup with grilled cheese sandwich€ for only $6.00. And for just $2 more, you can upgrade to a full sandwich. Plus, on Tuesdays, Grand Oak has their weekly €œPrime Ribs Night€ from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, where you can order 8 oz. of prime rib steak, seasonal vegetables, and delicious mashed potatoes for only $25. The restaurant is opened from Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
