Fans of Washington Irving’s classic tale of Ichabod Crane’s adventures in Sleepy Hollow won’t want to miss the Sleepy Hollow event that is happening now at Riley’s Farm in Oak Glen, California.
This annual dinner theater extravaganza takes place on Friday nights from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday nights from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. until the end of October 2013.
You’ll get to go on an old-fashioned hayride and meet Ichabod Crane and other characters, as well as participate in contests including apple bobbing, pumpkin carving, pumpkin seed spitting and a pie eating competition. You will also have an opportunity to see the Headless Horseman as he prowls the farm.
During the dinner theater, you’ll have your choice of BBQ chicken or Angus tri-tip. Admission is $29.95 for adults and $24.95 for children.
