Classic Car Show

If you love cars you’ll want to mark October 25th through the 27th on your calendar. Those three days the 36th Annual Great Western Fan Belt Toss Swap & Meet takes place at Sunrise Park, in Palm Springs, California.

This car show/swap meet is put on by the Inland Empire Corvair Club, and you will see just about every style, model and color of the classic Chevy at the show. Saturday night’s banquet will feature Seth Emerson, who is author of “Performance Corvairs – How to Hotrod the Corvair Engine and Chassis”.

The Corvair was produced for the 1960 through the 1969 model years. It has the distinction of being the only mass-produced American passenger car with a rear-mounted, air-cooled engine. The Corvair has captured the imagination of collectors and fans alike, and you’ll have the opportunity to see an impressive display during the 36th Annual Great Western Fan Belt Toss & Swap Meet and classic car show.

Gather your family and friends together for this fun weekend event October 25th, 26th and 27th.
